Products must be unused and we reserve the right to determine the condition of the returned items. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. This policy excludes all customized or personalized iems.
Q: Can I exchange or return custom orders or items that have been personalized?
A: No. Sorry. We cannot accept exchanges or returns on any custom orders, No refunds will be allowed. All sales are final on all customized or personalized orders.
